Solvere Living , a national senior living management company, is currently searching for experienced Wellness Directors to oversee Solvere's wellness processes, systems and programs in the nursing department at our communities. This position reports to the General Manager/Administrator at the community and supports the Valeo Director (Memory Care Director), Salus coach (Activities Director) and other community department heads, as needed, to ensure policies and procedures are implemented and regulatory compliance is maintained. Successful candidates will possess strong leadership,communication and interpersonal skills, have a sincere passion for working withseniors, a desire to deliver excellent customer service, and the ability to articulate andcommunicate the value and positive lifestyle benefits an active seniorcommunity can deliver to older individuals.
