Our members come to us stressed, overstimulated, and run-down, and they leave clearer, calmer, and recharged. We’re growing fast, and Southlake is one of our flagship Texas studios. The Role This is a sales-forward, guest-facing role. You’ll run the front desk, give studio tours, and convert first-time guests into members and package-holders. If you’ve ever sold a Lululemon outfit, signed someone up for a boutique fitness membership, or closed a skincare regimen at a beauty counter - this is that energy, applied to wellness people genuinely want. You’re not “pitching.” You’re listening, connecting the dots between what a guest needs and how Pause can help, and confidently recommending the right pathway. Our sales philosophy is simple: we sell for the guest, not to them. What You’ll Actually Do Sell memberships and packages. This is the heart of the role. You’ll hit weekly and monthly targets for new memberships, package sales, and rebooks — and you’ll be rewarded for it. Give value-building tours. Walk guests through the studio, surface their goals, build trust, and recommend the right service pathway (Rest, Revive, Recover, Renew, Recharge). Work the lead pipeline. Follow up on incoming leads within two business hours, book consults, and close the loop on every prospect. Handle objections with warmth. Use Feel-Felt-Found to turn hesitation into commitment without ever feeling pushy. Deliver an elevated guest experience. Greet every guest by name when possible, manage the POS and booking software (Zenoti), and keep the studio looking and feeling immaculate. Show up for the community. Help with grassroots events, local activations, and partnerships that grow the studio’s footprint in Southlake. Who You Are A natural connector who makes people feel comfortable in under 30 seconds. Genuinely interested in wellness, recovery, biohacking, fitness, or self-care — and excited to talk about it all day. Comfortable asking for the sale and confident closing it. You see a no as information, not rejection. Organized enough to juggle a full lobby, a ringing phone, and three open tabs without losing your warmth. Competitive in a healthy way - you want to be on top of the leaderboard. A team player who treats teammates the way you’d want to be treated. Required Experience 1+ year in a sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, beauty, or premium retail environment where you were measured on conversion, memberships, packages, or revenue per guest. High school diploma or equivalent. Available to work Sundays and at least one other weekend day. Comfortable using booking and POS software; quick to learn new tech. Nice-to-Haves Existing Pause member, biohacker, or wellness enthusiast. Experience selling memberships, packages, or recurring services. Personal social media presence in the DFW wellness/fitness community. Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly rate plus commission on memberships and packages. Early career path into Lead Associate, Assistant Manager, and General Manager roles as we expand across DFW. The Physical Reality The studio moves. You’ll be on your feet most of your shift, walking guests between rooms, resetting service spaces (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally), and using standard cleaning products to keep everything spotless. If a desk job is what you’re after, this isn’t it. One Last Thing This role is a launchpad.
