Roles and Responsibilities: An active Esthetics license Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance Provide excellent service to clients by performing top-level services Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management (service upgrades and retail) Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas The ability to promote yourself in order to build a following Company Benefits: No shows and same day cancellations are paid Matching 401K Paid time off Assistance with Liability insurance cost Career Development - we offer continuing education training (at no cost) to our team members. Available shifts (evenings): Sundays: 4:15pm - 8pm (3 services) Mondays: 4:15pm - 9:15pm (4 services) 4:30pm - 9:30pm (4 services) 4:45pm - 9:45pm (4 services) 5pm - 10pm (4 services) Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 5:30pm - 9:15pm (3 services) 5:45pm - 9:30pm (3 services) 6pm - 9:45pm (3 services) 6:15pm - 10pm (3 services) Fridays and Saturdays: No availability at this time Pay: Service commission starts at $24 per one hour service 20% commission on all upgrades 10% commission on all retail sold Gratuities average about $20 per service
