Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced shipping and fulfillment environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and package orders for extended periods Strong attention to detail when packing orders and printing shipping labels Basic computer and smartphone skills required Ability to organize inventory and keep workspace clean and efficient Comfortable handling tools, equipment, and warehouse-style inventory Must be able to follow shipping procedures accurately to avoid order mistakes Ability to multitask during high-volume live sale days Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Prior warehouse, shipping, Whatnot, e-commerce, Amazon, eBay, or fulfillment experience is a plus (but not required) Experience using shipping platforms, label printers, barcode scanners, or packing equipment is a plus Ability to load/unload inventory and assist with local pickups or store runs when needed Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in a home-based business environment Willingness to learn and adapt as the business grows Looking for someone hardworking, organized, trustworthy, and motivated to grow with a fast-growing e-commerce/live auction business.
