Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Wheeloader Operator to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will operate heavy machinery to handle and move bulk materials efficiently across our facility. Your expertise will support our production and shipping processes, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Responsibilities Operate wheeloader equipment safely and effectively to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility Conduct routine inspections of machinery, performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting as needed Use hand tools and power tools for minor repairs and equipment adjustments Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure clear pathways and access points Requirements Mechanical knowledge with experience operating wheeloaders or similar heavy machinery such as excavators Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent safety awareness Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST!
