Window Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows and glass surfaces are cleaned to the highest standards in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while using various cleaning techniques and equipment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of windows, glass surfaces, and frames in residential and commercial properties. Utilize scissor lifts and ladders safely to access high-rise windows and hard-to-reach areas. Maintain cleanliness of work areas by ensuring all equipment is properly stored and cleaned after use. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks to ensure personal safety and that of others. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Assist with custodial duties as needed, including general cleaning tasks in addition to window cleaning. Report any damages or issues observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly. Requirements Familiarity with scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to stand for extended periods.
