Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaner and Exterior Services Technician and bring sparkling clarity to commercial and residential properties! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining pristine, streak-free windows while also providing professional exterior cleaning and installation services that enhance the appearance, value, and safety of our clients’ homes and businesses. Duties Clean windows on both the interior and exterior of commercial and residential buildings using appropriate tools and techniques Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts to safely access high or hard-to-reach windows Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, or other access equipment in compliance with safety standards Remove dirt, grime, smudges, and other residues from glass surfaces to achieve a streak-free finish Perform gutter cleaning services to remove debris and ensure proper water flow and drainage Complete pressure washing services for driveways, sidewalks, patios, siding, and other exterior surfaces Perform soft washing for delicate surfaces such as roofs, siding, and painted areas using low-pressure cleaning methods Install, maintain, and remove seasonal Christmas lights for residential and commercial properties Install permanent LED lighting systems for year-round exterior lighting solutions Conduct routine inspections of windows, gutters, and exterior surfaces for damage or necessary repairs and report findings promptly Maintain cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and remain in good working condition Follow all safety protocols related to working at heights, operating lifts, and handling cleaning chemicals Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or exterior property maintenance roles preferred Experience with window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, or holiday lighting installation is highly desirable Experience operating scissor lifts or similar height-access equipment is a strong plus Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, exterior maintenance, and safety procedures Ability to work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Good physical stamina for standing, reaching, climbing, lifting, and working outdoors throughout the day Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely Join us in creating spotless views and beautiful exteriors that leave a lasting impression!
