In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial and residential buildings by professionally cleaning windows and exteriors using pressure or soft washing techniques.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize specialized equipment, and contribute to the pristine presentation of our clients' properties.Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will ensure high-quality results that leave a lasting impression.Duties Safely operate pressure washers, soft washers, and other cleaning equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other buildup from windows, decks, and other exterior surfaces Use ladders, scaffolding, or scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach areas while adhering to safety protocols Prepare surfaces by pre-treating with cleaning solutions when necessary for optimal results Conduct thorough inspections before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met Maintain all equipment in excellent working condition through regular checks and proper storage Follow safety procedures diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning including window cleaning is required Ability to operate pressure washers, soft washers, and related cleaning tools effectively Experience working at heights using ladders or scissor lifts is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality workmanship Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow instructions Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus Embark on a rewarding work where your skills make a visible difference!
