Window Cleaning Technician Commission Based We are looking for reliable, hard-working technicians to join our exterior cleaning team. This is a commission-based position using ground-operated water-fed pole systems. This is not a sales job. Work is based on completing scheduled window cleaning jobs in the field. What the job involves Driving to residential and commercial job sites independently Cleaning exterior windows using water-fed pole systems (ground-operated) Ocasionally cleaning inside windows Diagnosing and solving issues on-site when needed Communicating professionally with customers Ensuring every job is completed to a high standard before leaving What we need: Shows up on time and communicates clearly Takes responsibility and solves problems independently Handles customer concerns calmly and professionally Does not leave a job until it is fully completed and customer is satisfied Works efficiently without constant supervision Manages time responsibly and arrives to jobs on schedule Communicates proactively if running late or delayed Maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic Takes ownership of work and outcomes Physical Requirements: Comfortable with physically active outdoor work Able to stay productive throughout the day Able to lift and handle equipment safely Comfortable working in all weather conditions Compensation: 20% Commission-based pay + tips Strong technicians commonly earn $900–$1,200/week depending on performance and job volume Jobs must meet company quality standards to qualify for commission payout Experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, communication, and accountability matter most.
