Window Cleaner (Residential and Commercial)

For over 25 years, Well Done Window Cleaning has been perfecting the art of window cleaning in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a licensed and insured team with a focus on precision and efficiency to deliver on our promise of streak-free and sparkling results for our customers and clients. Currently, we are seeking candidates interested in working in a variety of residential and commercial environments. Occasionally, we also do mid/high-rise buildings. Duties Perform window cleaning on various building types using professional tools and techniques Conduct power washing of building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces to remove dirt, grime, mold, and stains Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas on commercial properties Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment throughout each job to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols rigorously when working at heights or with power washing machinery Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to support overall property maintenance Power Washing Responsibilities: Follow the proper pressure washing and cleaning procedures Perform tasks in a professional manner You may also perform Solar and Gutter Cleaning Qualifications Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs Optional weekend shifts are available Driver's License (Required) Must have own reliable transportation Helpful to have your own tools Experience 6 months or more experience is preferred. Willing to train the right candidate. Experience operating equipment like scissor lifts or other height-access machinery is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn new techniques and safety practices Compensation Salary DOE Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule On-the-job training Work Location: In person
