Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across commercial and residential properties, ensuring a sparkling, streak-free finish.Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help enhance the appearance and safety of our clients' buildings.This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in professional cleaning while contributing to a polished, professional environment.Duties Clean windows, glass surfaces, and exterior facades using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve a streak-free shine Use specialized equipment such as waterfed poles, squeegees, and extension poles to reach high or difficult areas safely Use ladders and lift access equipment to clean elevated windows efficiently and securely Prepare work areas by removing obstacles and setting up safety barriers as needed before beginning cleaning tasks Perform routine maintenance on cleaning tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale or multi-site cleaning projects promptly and thoroughly Requirements 1Year proven window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience preferred Valid driver's license preferred Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Physical stamina to stand, climb, reach, bend, and lift for extended periods during work shifts Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper handling of equipment Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Able to lift 50lbs Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather Join us in creating spotless environments that leave lasting impressions!
