Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows across commercial and residential properties.Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure that our clients' spaces shine with clarity and professionalism.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your cleaning expertise to deliver outstanding results every day.Duties Clean windows, glass surfaces, and related fixtures using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free clarity Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and extension poles to reach high or difficult areas safely Use scissor lifts and other access equipment to perform cleaning at elevated heights in compliance with safety standards Prepare work areas by setting up protective coverings or barriers as needed before cleaning tasks begin Conduct routine inspections to ensure all windows meet quality standards and report any damages or maintenance needs Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and in good working condition Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks, especially when working at heights or with specialized machinery Other job duties include pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday light installation Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a focus on window cleaning preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques for glass surfaces and the use of various cleaning tools and solutions Experience operating scissor lifts or similar height-access equipment is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Physical stamina to stand, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods; ability to work at heights safely Valid certifications for operating scissor lifts or other access equipment are a plus Join us in creating sparkling clean environments that leave a lasting impression!
