Window Cleaning Technician

Our team services residential and commercial properties, delivering high-quality window cleaning and excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities Clean interior and exterior windows for residential and commercial clients Use professional window cleaning tools and equipment safely Work on ladders and occasionally roofs when needed Provide friendly, professional customer service Maintain cleanliness of company equipment and vehicles Communicate with team members and customers clearly Requirements Reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Good attitude and strong work ethic Previous window cleaning experience is a plus but not required (training provided) Preferred Qualifications Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior cleaning Construction or general labor experience Customer service experience Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses Opportunity for raises and advancement Paid training Outdoor work environment Supportive team environment Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Work Location: In person
