he Role We're hiring a dedicated Window Cleaning Technician to handle interior and exterior window cleaning on post-construction job sites. Construction windows are a different animal — paint overspray, sticker residue, drywall dust, caulk smears, and fingerprints on every pane. You'll be the person who makes them spotless. What You'll Be Doing Cleaning interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and mirrors on new construction and renovation sites Removing stickers, paint dots, adhesive residue, and construction debris from glass surfaces Cleaning window frames, sills, tracks, and screens Using squeegees, scrapers, and professional-grade tools to deliver streak-free results Working on ladders and potentially with water-fed pole systems for exterior work Maintaining and caring for all window cleaning equipment Communicating with the crew lead on job progress and any issues What We're Looking For Previous window cleaning experience preferred — post-construction experience is a major plus Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Strong attention to detail — streaks, smudges, and missed spots aren't acceptable Reliable transportation to job sites across the Phoenix metro area Physically fit — this is hands-on work in Arizona heat Shows up on time, every time Takes pride in doing quality work without cutting corners Valid driver's license What We Offer $20/hr starting pay with room to grow Full-time and part-time schedules available Consistent work — we stay busy year-round in the Phoenix construction market All equipment and supplies provided Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company A team that actually cares about doing the job right Schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on project needs.
