Window Cleaning Technician – Royal Blue Exterior Services Overview Royal Blue Exterior Services is seeking a dependable and hardworking Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position involves cleaning residential and commercial windows throughout the North Texas area while delivering premium-quality service and professionalism to our customers. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working on ladders and two-story homes, and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities Clean interior and exterior windows on residential and commercial properties Safely use ladders on two-story homes and buildings Clean screens, tracks, and window sills Perform exterior cleaning services including pressure washing when needed Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean Communicate professionally with customers Follow all safety procedures and company standards Arrive on time and ready to work each day Requirements Reliable transportation REQUIRED Valid driver’s license preferred Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Preferred Qualifications Experience using a pressure washer is a strong plus Owning or having access to a pressure washer is a bonus Owning a van or truck suitable for transporting equipment is preferred Window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience preferred but not required Additional Qualifications No drug use No alcoholism or working under the influence Must maintain professionalism at all times Must be trustworthy and respectful while working around customers’ homes and businesses Pay & Benefits Pay range: $20–$30 per hour depending on experience Opportunity for bonuses and growth Full-time and part-time opportunities available Royal Blue Exterior Services is committed to providing high-quality work, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout North Texas.
