We also offer window shades, shutters and awnings at our business.Any prior experience or willingness to learn these aspects of the business is ideal.Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Installer to join our team.As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows, doors, glass, and window shades for our customers.You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.Responsibilities:Install, repair, and replace some or all of the following:Vinyl replacement windows and patio doors, steel and fiberglass entry doors, storm doors, bay, bow, casement windows. MUST BE PROFICIENT IN CAPPING, otherwise known as trim coil, cladding, bending metal.Ensure that all installations are completed on time and to the highest quality standards Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, and other team members Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide excellent customer service Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in window, door, glass, or window shade installation Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions If you are a hardworking and dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers, we encourage you to apply for this position.We offer competitive pay and benefits packages to our employees.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$26.00 - $36.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Paid time off Relocation assistance Work Location:In person.
