Window Replacement Sales Manager (D2D) – Rockwall County | High Income Location: Rockwall County, TX Compensation: 100% Commission + Bonuses+ Overrides Expected Earnings: $75,000 - $150,000 + (Top performers unlimited) No cap on income. About the Opportunity This is a sales and team building opportunity inside a proven window replacement company with a strong reputation in the Rockwall / DFW market. We are looking for a hungry, sales leader who is not afraid to: Knock doors Set appointments Close deals Build and lead a team Compensation Structure Commission on every deal you close Commission on appointments you set Overrides on your team’s production Profit sharing as your territory grows Equity opportunity after proven performance No cap.
