Responsibilities Perform window and door installations, repairs, and replacements on various construction sites with precision and efficiency Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble window components according to project specifications Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and fabrication processes Conduct glass installation, caulking, trim carpentry, fixture mounting, cabinet installation, metal stud framing, and door hanging tasks as needed Assist with construction estimating by measuring materials required for projects and preparing accurate job site assessments Handle heavy lifting safely during the transportation and positioning of windows, doors, and related materials Support remodeling projects by performing construction painting, framing adjustments, drywall repairs, and general handyman tasks Skills Proficiency in construction estimating and blueprint reading for precise project execution Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment for custom window solutions Experience with glass installation techniques ensuring safety and quality standards are met Knowledge of schematics for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical components related to window systems Strong background in construction site experience including framing, metal stud framing, carpentry, drywall finishing, and remodeling Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique Familiarity with construction schematics for fixture installation or custom fabrications Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship in remodeling or renovation projects Join us as a Window Service Technician where your expertise will directly impact our clients’ comfort and aesthetic appeal.
