Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Window Tint Specialist to join our automotive service team.In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting films to a variety of vehicles, enhancing their appearance, privacy, and UV protection.Your expertise will ensure precise installation, safety, and customer satisfaction.This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive aesthetics and skilled in vehicle customization.Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and inspecting for any existing damage or issues before tinting.Measure and cut tinting film accurately to fit different vehicle windows, ensuring a seamless application.Apply window tint film using specialized tools, adhering to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.Use power tools and hand tools to trim excess film and ensure a perfect fit around contours and edges.Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards for each vehicle.Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper adhesion, clarity, and uniformity of the tint.Provide excellent customer service by explaining the tinting process, maintenance tips, and addressing any questions or concerns.Requirements Prior dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred.Knowledge of automotive glass, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance is advantageous.Hands-on experience with window tinting, auto glass installation, and glass repair techniques.Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involving bending, kneeling, or standing for extended periods.Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) is a plus but not mandatory.Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and precision skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.Join our team as a Window Tint Specialist if you're energized by transforming vehicles with expert craftsmanship!
