Job Title:Sales Associate Location:Lancaster, PA Job Type:Full-Time Commission-Based (Supported by Draw) About Us We are a fast-growing residential remodeling company in Lancaster, PA, specializing in premium design-build services.We help homeowners transform outdated their homes into beautiful, functional spaces -- quickly and professionally.We are seeking a high-performing, driven Window & Door Sales Associate to meet with pre-qualified leads, deliver compelling in-home consultations, and close deals on the first visit.Position Overview This is a true in-home sales role for someone who excels in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.You will run company-generated appointments with motivated homeowners, present customized remodeling solutions, and execute a one-call close process.This is not retail or store-based selling -- it's high-reward, relationship-based in-home sales with significant income potential.Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set, qualified appointments (no cold calling or prospecting required).Build immediate rapport with homeowners, uncover their needs, pain points, and budget.Present customized solutions using product samples, pricing tools, and professional presentation materials.Overcome objections and close the sale on the first visit using proven sales techniques.Accurately complete sales contracts and hand off project details to the production team.Follow up on unsold leads and manage your pipeline using CRM tools.Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a high close rate.What We're Looking For Proven track record in one-call-close, in-home sales (home improvement, windows, kitchens, baths, solar, or similar preferred).Highly persuasive communicator with strong emotional intelligence and confidence.Ability to manage the entire sales process independently from consultation to close.Comfortable with in-home selling and flexible availability (including some evenings and weekends).Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, iPads, pricing software, and mobile sales tools.Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven mindset.Compensation & Benefits High-earning commission structure with performance bonuses and uncapped potential.Annual incentives for top performers.Pre-qualified, company-generated appointments (no prospecting required).Paid training and all necessary sales tools provided.Health and dental benefits available.Clear advancement opportunities as the company continues to grow.This role is ideal for a confident closer who thrives in a high-accountability, high-reward sales culture and wants to earn what they're truly worth.If you have a strong background in one-call-close home improvement sales and are ready to join a growing team in Lancaster, PA, we want to hear from you!
