This full-time position is located within Central Technology Services. The ideal candidate may work from either our Jefferson City or Springfield location. The Systems Administrator role provides broad technical systems support across enterprise platforms, with ATM systems representing one of the primary support responsibilities. This role works closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and internal associates to ensure the reliability, security, and availability of critical systems that support the bank’s operations and customer services. This role will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and financial center staff to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the ATM environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administration, monitoring, and support of enterprise systems, including ATM platforms. Support ATM environments including hardware, software, connectivity, and vendor integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents; provide Tier II support and escalation assistance as needed. Coordinate with vendors (e.g., ATM vendors and service providers) for incident resolution, upgrades, and enhancements. Plan, test, and implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes across supported platforms. Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure maximum uptime and positive customer experience. Ensure systems meet internal security standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices. Document configurations, procedures, and support processes to support operational consistency. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams on projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned in support of enterprise technology operations. , Requirements Availability Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional evenings and/or weekends may be required for maintenance activities. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Support, or similar role. Experience supporting Windows-based systems, enterprise applications, and vendor-supported platforms. Previous exposure to ATM platforms, banking systems, or financial services technology preferred. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and system monitoring tools. Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and commands a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement in mindset.
