Responsibilities Perform windshield repairs and auto glass replacements efficiently and safely using specialized tools and techniques. Assist customers by explaining repair options, answering questions, and providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction. Use hand tools, power tools, and glass installation equipment to complete repairs accurately. Conduct vehicle inspections, including checking for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration needs and vehicle maintenance issues. Handle heavy lifting of windshields and auto glass components safely, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of services performed, including auto estimating and documentation for each job. Support additional tasks such as window tinting, minor auto body repairs, detailing, or assembly work as needed. Qualifications Dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly preferred. Familiarity with ADAS systems, auto glass installation, or auto body repair enhances your fit for this role. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work on vehicles in various positions. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Previous experience with auto estimating or heavy lifting is a plus but not required; we provide training!
