Winery Helper

Lovers Leap Vineyards & Winery is looking to hire a new helper for our team.This floating position will offer the opportunity to work both outside and inside based on what is needed each day.Eligible candidates must be willing to work independently and know that they will be expected to operate farm equipment when necessary.Zero Turn mowers, hedgers, weed eaters, ATV's, and other small hand tools fall into this category.Training will be provided.Along with outside work, there will be opportunity to learn about wine, production, wine making, and tastings with customers in our tasting room.Because work will be outdoors sometimes, candidates must be willing to work in various weather conditions.Saturday's might be more about spending time in the tasting room and working with the tasting room manager.This new hybrid position is something we have considered for a long time.It is a great opportunity to learn/work in multiple areas of the business.If you think this position is for you, and you have the right attitude, feel free to reach out so we can schedule an interview.Looking forward to hearing from you!
