What You’ll Do Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner Provide expert knowledge of wireless products, plans, and promotions Assist customers in choosing the right solutions to fit their needs Drive sales goals through consultative selling and excellent customer service Process activations, upgrades, and billing transactions accurately Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards Stay up to date on the latest wireless technology and offerings What We’re Looking For 1+ year of sales, customer service, or retail experience (preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus What We Offer $17.00 – $21.00/hour base pay Weekly performance-based bonuses Paid training with ongoing professional development Advancement opportunities within NY Clark Inc.
