Job Title:Wiring Assembler - 1st Shift Shift:1st Shift:6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay:$20 to $21 Job Overview:We are looking for a Wiring Assembler with a background in mechanical or electrical assembly to join our team.The role involves assembling fabricated and electrical components, sub-assemblies, and enclosures.Candidates must be comfortable working with intricate parts, using hand tools, and interpreting work orders and diagrams.This is a 1st shift position with opportunities to grow within the company.Job Duties:Assemble fabricated and electrical components, sub-assemblies, and miscellaneous enclosures.Interpret instructions such as work orders, diagrams, wire lists, and verbal directions to determine materials and assembly sequences.Fabricate and install flexibar as required.Install larger power wires, including retrieving, crimp lugging, and heat sleeve shrinking.Inspect parts, materials, and assemblies to ensure compliance with company quality standards.Communicate and document with supervision as needed.Become familiar with interpreting 3-D solid model viewers.Job Requirements:Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment or mechanical experience.Electrical assembly experience is preferred.Ability to use hand tools and wire crimpers.Able to handle intricate parts and demonstrate good dexterity.Basic computer skills required.Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.Respectful of others and able to work well in a team environment.Benefits:Opportunities for growth within the company.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Health Benefits offered once converted to a full time employee after completing the probationary period with GTR.#INDLukeAdv.
