Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $120000.00 - $140000.00 A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Conroe, Texas area is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing, patient-centered program serving a diverse community. 120K–$140K base salary + bonus potential ~ Up to $15K annual bonus ~ Flexible schedule with potential for 4-day workweek ~ Collaborative, team-based environment with strong physician support Provide comprehensive Women’s Health care in an outpatient setting ~ 75% prenatal and postpartum care ~~20% well-woman exams Support menopause and hormone replacement therapy management Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Nurse Practitioner (FNP/WHNP) or Physician Assistant ~2–5 years of Women’s Health experience preferred ~ No new graduates at this time ~ Comfortable managing prenatal and postpartum patients ~ Passion for serving a diverse and underserved patient population Work alongside an established Women’s Health team with OB/GYN physician support Integrated organization with APPs, resident physicians, and family medicine providers Strong clinical support with dedicated Medical Assistants Collegial, mission-driven culture focused on access and quality care Community Highlights Easy access to Houston’s dining, entertainment, and international airport Outdoor recreation including lakes, parks, and year-round sunshine Facility Location During the oil profits in the 1930’s, for a short period of time, Conroe boasted having many millionaires living in its city, and in 1955, Elvis Presley performed at a High School football field in Conroe.
