OverviewThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting, organizing, creating, and working with their hands while also being comfortable using technology.You will help bring our learning kits and materials to life behind the scenes.We are seeking someone dependable, positive, and detail-oriented who enjoys creative work and being part of a growing learning brand.Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance after 60 days, and paid holidays and PTO after one year.Responsibilities Assist in creating and assembling learning kits, busy books, and educational materials Cutting, laminating, prepping, and organizing materials Help design and prepare creative learning resources Organize supplies, inventory, and materials Assist with packaging and preparing orders Support simple tech and creative tasks (printing, Canva, Cricut, social media support if needed) Maintain a clean and organized workspace Collaborate on new ideas and projects for Wonder Play Learning Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and have strong work ethic Highly organized and detail-oriented Enjoys hands-on, creative work (cutting, prepping, assembling materials) Comfortable using a computer, printer, and basic technology Tech savvy -- able to learn or use programs such as Canva, Cricut, or basic design/printing software Able to follow directions and also work independently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced creative environment Comfortable with repetitive prep work (cutting, laminating, organizing materials) Ability to lift and move boxes/materials up to 25 lbs if needed Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism Experience in childcare, education, crafting, design, or creative work is a plus but not required Must be dependable and consistent with attendance Experience with Canva, Cricut, or creative design tools Pay:$10.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Cutting:1 year (Preferred) Canva:1 year (Preferred) Creativity:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
