Wood Bundler

Sunset Moulding is currently looking to hire two full-time wood bundlers.This position works with lumber in various capacities and serves as the stepping stone to many other positions within the company.Training for this position is done on-site with our experienced supervisory team! Applicants with current or prior industrial, moulding, or woodworking experience will be strongly considered.The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 A.M.to 2:30 P.M.The starting wage is $20.13 per hour, with wage increases to $21.63 per hour based on performance reviews during the three-month probationary period.Duties:Bundling lumber at the end of production lines.Maintaining a clean working environment.Using hand tools to assist in shipping preparation.Packaging and strapping units prior to shipping.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment with a focus on assigned tasks.Excellent attention to detail and adherence to production schedules.Ability to lift and move materials as required by the job duties.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a non-climate controlled environment.Join the Sunset team, where your skills will contribute significantly to our production process while ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently!
