Wood Product Finisher

Position Overview Under the general direction of the Production Manager, the finisher will be responsible for the oversight and application of water and oil-based primers and finishes via a spray-based system to a variety of parts including, but not limited to, luxury wood windows.Essential Job Functions Sanding Prep Use of Oil and Water based Stain Ability to color match as needed Clear and Pigmented Sealers and topcoats Utilizes various spray equipment Read and interpret shop drawings Other duties as assigned Requirements Self-starter with a high attention to detail Minimum 3 years of general carpentry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and interpret shop drawings a must Basic math including addition and subtraction of fractions Strong reading and writing skills Other Skills/Abilities Minimum 4 years' experience in a woodshop preferred Must possess a valid driver's license Demonstrated ability to operate hand, air, and power tools Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.regularly Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Tools provided Vision insurance License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person.
