Wood Fabrication Associate - 1st Shift, 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri As a member of our wood fab team, this entry level position plays an integral role in the manufacturing of melamine and laminate ergonomic office furniture work surfaces.Responsibilities The Wood Fab Associate is responsible for the production of the highest quality products while following all safe and efficient work methods and procedures.Responsibilities are performed using routing and edge banding equipment as well as various power and manual hand tools.Job Duties With our extensive variety of ergonomic products and manufacturing processes, our Wood Fab Associate may perform many varied job duties.These include but are not limited to: Loading/unloading and operation of our router and edge banding equipment with wood parts.Ongoing operations training provided for our CNC equipment. Semi -automated edge banding of shaped work surfaces Maintain accurate work order documentation Assist with production duties in other work cells as needed Qualifications This is a physical position, requiring lifting and moving of products up to 50 lbs.frequently, and up to 100 lbs.occasionally Ability to read and understand tape measurements and decimals (standard and metric) and perform basic addition/subtraction (decimals and fractions).Review and training provided.Demonstrable reliability and enthusiasm to work within our team work environment Related specific experience beneficial, but training will be provided Benefits Vision, Medical & Dental Insurance Holiday pay Vacation Pay Retirement Plan with Company Match Signing & Attendance Bonus Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule:8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay:Bonus opportunities Signing bonus Work Location:In person.
