Job Overview We're looking for a Woodworking Specialist to join our production team in a wood product assembly role.This position is ideal for someone with experience cutting and assembling wood components.You'll be in a growing department tasked with producing ready-to-finish products.We're looking for someone with experience in cabinetry, construction, carpentry, or wood product assembly.Starting pay depends on experience.Duties Assemble wood components and products according to work orders and specifications Read and interpret drawings, layouts, or assembly instructions Ensure proper fit, alignment, and overall quality of finished components Use hand tools and machinery as needed during assembly Inspect parts for accuracy and consistency Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to meet production goals Maintain a clean and organized workspace Learn new processes and assist in cross-training opportunities Contribute to waste reduction efforts What We're Looking For Experience assembling wood products, cabinet components, or similar materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to follow specifications and produce consistent results Comfortable working in a production environment with tools and equipment Reliable, team-oriented, and takes ownership of their work Embrace our core values:Growth, Respect, Ownership, and Wisdom Why Join Glacial Wood?
