Word Processing (WP) Lead Operator Shift: Wednesday – Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Hybrid: (Thursday & Friday onsite - Wednesday, Saturday, & Sunday remote) Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented WP Lead Operator to support high-quality document production and ensure smooth workflow across shifts. This role requires strong technical skills, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Edit, format, scan, and convert legal documents with accuracy Coordinate workflow and maintain document tracking systems Support attorneys and staff with document production needs Format complex documents, including large Excel files Ensure PDF compliance (PDF/A standards) Assist with presentations and document distribution Help maintain seamless shift transitions and cover additional shifts as needed Qualifications: 3–5 years of word processing or document production experience (legal preferred) Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Proactive, team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
