The Retreat at Redwood Shores is seeking an experienced Work Camper with references to assist with daily operations in exchange for a full hookup RV site rent and utilities.This is a great opportunity for RV travelers who enjoy the outdoors and want to be part of a guest-focused hospitality team.This is a part time/seasonal position, social media savvy a plus! Duties & Responsibilities Front Desk / Guest Services Greet guests and assist with check-ins/outs Manage reservations using our booking system Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Sell firewood, ice, and store items Housekeeping & Groundskeeping Clean restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and cabins Sweep, mop, restock supplies Mow lawns, rake leaves, water plants, maintain landscaping Empty trash bins and clean picnic areas Maintenance Support Assist with minor repairs (faucets, electrical hookups, signage) Report major issues to park manager promptly Help maintain equipment and utility systems Guest Experience Enforce quiet hours and park rules with diplomacy Assist guests with parking, directions, and area recommendations Host campfire nights, potlucks, or events if comfortable Work Schedule Typically 20-30 hours per week (split between couple if applicable) Flexible days; weekends and holidays may be required Minimum 3-month commitment preferred Compensation Free full-hookup RV site (water, electric, sewer, Wi-Fi) Possible hourly wage for hours beyond site trade Free laundry, discounts on store items , and use of amenities Qualifications Own a self-contained RV in good condition Strong customer service and communication skills Physically able to lift 25lbs, walk grounds, and clean facilities Comfortable using a computer and point-of-sale systems Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset Bonus Skills (Not Required) Light plumbing/electrical experience Social media or photography for guest events Previous campground or hospitality experience Pay:$1.00 - $2.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
