The Workday Analyst II will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing complex Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) solutions. With limited supervision, this role leads and supports complex Workday processes by managing stakeholder needs, resolving daily configuration and process issues, and designing cohesive, cross-functional solutions. The analyst partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to evaluate new requirements, implement enhancements, and maintain accurate configurations. Location : REMOTE, Plymouth, MN What You Will Do: Lead and support the PATT workstream, with a primary focus on the Absence workstream, demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management to achieve task and project objectives. Research and resolve day to day Workday PATT process and configuration issues and design solutions that ensure all work streams are cohesive, and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated. Work with HR and business stakeholders to support new requirements for PATT in Workday and create and update Workday configurations and enhancements based on requirement changes. Responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of new Unions and MORs within the PATT workspaces within Workday. Provide post payroll support, general ledger posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Workday. Manage, create and provide support for required PATT reporting, including support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
