Job#: 3028501 Job Description: Workday Developer Location: Remote (must work EST hours) Employment Type: 12+ W2 month Contract (W2 only) Important note: This role cannot work corp to corp or provide visa sponsorship now/in the future Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to support a Workday implementation project. This role is focused on providing hands-on configuration, assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring cutover readiness, and managing timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting the system go-live and subsequent enhancements. Key Responsibilities Assist with hands-on configuration in Workday, specifically within Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules. Support the business during the implementation phase by resolving tickets and working on system enhancements. Create calculated fields and complex reports to support business requirements and data analysis. Perform EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) data loads and manage complex data integrations. Modify and test business processes within Workday to ensure they meet operational needs. Participate in user acceptance testing, identify defects, and work towards their resolution. Provide hands-on-keyboard support for the implementation, particularly during the go-live phase. Required Qualifications Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a Workday support or implementation role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday configuration, including creating calculated fields, building complex reports, and performing EIB data loads. Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules is required. Compensation & Benefits The estimated pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $68.00 per hour.
