Workday HCM ERP Implementation Consultant / Higher Education / Cleveland, OH Our client is a prominent higher education institution. Based out of Cleveland, OH (44115), they are looking to hire a Workday HCM ERP Implementation Consultant on a contract basis (onsite 2–3 days/week). Contract Duration: 12 – 18 Months Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Workday HCM configuration and business process frameworks Proven experience supporting ERP implementations within higher education environments Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience with data migration, integrations, and testing methodologies Proficiency with SQL Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a contract environment Desired Skills & Experience Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM systems What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown Workday HCM: Design, configuration, testing, deployment Core Modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence Data migration, system integration, defect troubleshooting SQL Daily Responsibilities Support end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM Assist system design and solution alignment for HR, Payroll, and academic teams Recommend best practice configurations Data migration, validation, and integration activities Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT) Create user documentation and support training Provide post-implementation support and system optimization Assist Data Center team with PeopleSoft HR troubleshooting as needed You will receive the following benefits: Medical Insurance — Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family Dental & Orthodontia Benefits Vision Benefits Health Savings Account (HSA) Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance 401(k) including match with pre and post-tax options Paid Sick Time Leave Legal and Identity Protection Plans Pre-tax Commuter Benefit 529 College Saver Plan Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
