Key skills required include a thorough understanding of modern time tracking methodologies, global payroll regulations, and absence management best practices. Expected to lead workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize these modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing Strong problem-solving abilities are required to address any issues that arise during system configuration or usage.
