Job description: Manage a full caseload of workers compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity. Create litigation plans. Create budget plans, if necessary. Conduct discovery. Travel to court and other appearances. Try cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Compose motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Prepare cases for trial. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients. Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in the defense of workers compensation cases.
