Workers Compensation Attorney

We are seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Attorney with strong applicant-side experience to join our mid-sized plaintiff-focused law firm. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable outcomes Ensure timely handling of cases while meeting deadlines Collaborate with support staff to maintain efficient case management Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active Bar license and in good standing (required) 5+ years of workers' compensation experience (applicant/plaintiff side preferred) Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
