Overview TAG Consulting is seeking a skilled and organized Bilingual Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our legal team. This full-time, in-office position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys managing a busy caseload of workers’ compensation files from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, and possess strong communication skills, with fluency in Spanish required. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in managing a substantial caseload of workers’ compensation cases from initial intake through resolution Handle all aspects of case management, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, insurance carriers, and other parties involved Maintain accurate case records and support the legal team throughout the litigation process Requirements 1+ years of prior workers compensation experience Fluency in Spanish Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Compensation 50,000 - 55,000k
