SCOPE The Workflow & Automation Platform Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the bank's workflow and automation capabilities (including the Enterprise Workflow (EWF) platform within Jack Henry banking systems). This role partners with business, operations, risk/compliance, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, standardize intake and prioritization, and implement best practices that improve efficiency, support regulatory compliance, and strengthen controls. As the bank adopts additional data strategy and product ownership models, this position may also serve as a platform-level product owner by helping define a roadmap, documenting requirements and success measures, coordinating testing and change management, and ensuring solutions align with enterprise data and process governance. ACCOUNTABILITIES Workflow Design & Configuration: Design, develop and maintain EWF workflows to meet business and regulatory requirements. Configure workflow templates, rules, and automation scripts for various banking functions. Analyze existing workflows for efficiency and recommend improvements.
