Job Description
Program Manager, People Compliance (Contingent Workforce Focus) We are looking for a highly versatile, high‑capacity Program Manager to serve as a “Strategic Swiss Army Knife” for our People Compliance team. This is not a traditional administrative role. This position is designed for a builder and operator —someone who can anchor our Contingent Workforce (CW) Program while seamlessly pivoting to lead ad‑hoc compliance and operational initiatives as they arise. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution . You will act as the vital link between Strategy (the why and what) and People Services / Operations (the how) —translating complex compliance requirements into scalable workflows and ensuring smooth execution through strong partnership and change management. Key Responsibilities 1. Contingent Workforce (CW) Program Management Own and operate the CW Program end‑to‑end, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain high satisfaction among hiring managers and program participants. Continuously evaluate and improve program workflows, documentation, and governance. 2. Ad‑Hoc People Compliance & Operations Lead short‑term or emerging compliance and operational initiatives as business needs arise. Translate complex compliance requirements into practical, scalable processes. Partner closely with People Services to ensure seamless handoffs, clear ownership, and minimal operational friction. Identify manual bottlenecks and drive workflow optimization and automation. What Success Looks Like The Contingent Workforce Program operates like a well‑oiled machine , with strong manager and stakeholder satisfaction. Compliance initiatives are successfully transitioned to People Services with clear documentation, ownership, and no disruption to operations. Manual processes and bottlenecks are proactively identified and eliminated through thoughtful workflow design and automation. Stakeholders view you as a trusted operator and problem‑solver who can step in, build structure, and drive outcomes quickly.
