A company is looking for a Workforce Relations Manager, Remote. Key Responsibilities Lead the centralized US Workforce Relations function supporting all non-production, non-plant leaders Serve as the senior advisor for complex workforce matters and provide expert guidance on employee and labor relations Define and implement SLAs, metrics, and performance monitoring for Workforce Relations services Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing US employee relations Experience establishing and scaling a centralized employee relations team Deep expertise in employee and labor relations, including conflict management and performance management Experience managing a team and strong leadership skills Data and results-driven approach
