TriStar Health seeks a Wound Care RN to provide expert, evidence-based treatment for acute and chronic wounds within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will perform detailed wound assessments, implement advanced therapies, monitor healing progress, and educate patients and families on prevention and home care. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll help drive quality outcomes and support pressure injury prevention initiatives.
