Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Writer role based in the Greater Indianapolis area, offering flexibility to work remotely on select days. The Writer will craft engaging and accurate content, including blogs, technical documents, marketing materials, and internal communications. Responsibilities include researching topics, proofreading, editing, and developing content strategies aligned with company goals and industry standards. Qualifications Strong Writing, Creative Writing, and Web Content Development skills Research and Content Strategy capabilities to support informed and targeted content creation Proofreading and Editing skills to ensure grammatical accuracy and clarity Basic knowledge or experience in Digital and Content Marketing Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences and formats Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools Prior experience in technical writing or industry-specific content development is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred
