Full time X-Ray Supervisor Berlin VT Job title:X-Ray Supervisor Location:Berlin, VT (On-site) Facility location:Berlin, VT (On-site) Reports To:Manager of Radiology Position Level:Mid-Level Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:$87,380 - $131,081 annually Sign-On Bonus:$15,000 (paid in three equal instalments) Relocation Assistance:Partial Benefits Package Includes:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, and more Key Responsibilities:Oversee technical operations and regulatory compliance for X-Ray services Ensure safe, efficient workflows and high standards of patient care Assist with staff scheduling to meet patient volume and operational needs Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development Supervise and support technologists, fostering collaboration and accountability Act as a coach and mentor to X-Ray staff Perform clinical duties as an X-Ray Technologist as needed Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiography program Minimum 3 years of X-Ray experience At least 2 years in a Lead Technologist or Radiology Supervisor role Strong communication and leadership skills Current certification and licensure (confirmation required) Preferred Qualifications Experience participating in ACR accreditation Job Type:Full-time Pay:$87,000.00 - $131,081.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Experience:X-ray:3 years (Required) License/Certification:ARRT R (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Berlin, VT 05602 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate:Berlin, VT 05602:Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
