Job Description
Peckham Industries seeks a Yard Operations Technician to support Construction field operations and site management. This role loads and unloads materials, organizes and stages construction supplies, inspects and maintains yard equipment, and supports safe traffic and material flow. The technician completes basic equipment checks, assists with inventory counts, and follows safety, environmental, and quality procedures. Working closely with site and field teams, this position helps ensure efficient jobsite readiness while contributing to Peckham’s inclusive, growth-focused culture that supports individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
