OverviewWe are seeking reliable individuals to place approximately 200 yard signs at busy intersections and high-traffic areas in the Gaithersburg & Germantown area.This is a simple but important outreach role helping our community see and connect with our church.Easy, flexible work--perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors and working independently.Responsibilities:Place yard signs at designated intersections and roadside locations Ensure signs are placed securely and visibly Follow the provided route/map of locations Use safe practices when working near roads and traffic Take clear photos of each sign after placement as proof of completion (Optional) Remove or reposition signs as needed Requirements:Must have reliable transportation Able to work outdoors and walk/stand for extended periods Comfortable working near streets and intersections Able to lift and carry signs and materials Strong attention to detail to ensure signs are installed correctly and securely Good physical stamina:able to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform manual tasks for extended periods Schedule:Flexible hours Ideal for weekday Work can be completed in 1-2 days, depending on availability Pay:Flat rate or hourly (to be discussed) Location:Gaithersburg, Montgomery Village & Germantown, MD About Us:The Way Church is a growing, community-focused church committed to sharing the Gospel and serving our local area.This outreach has proven effective in helping people find and attend our services.How to Apply:Please apply with:Your availability Confirmation that you have transportation Any relevant experience (not required) Must be willing to complete the full route (approx.200 signs) within the agreed timeframe.Pay:$25.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule On-the-job training Tools provided Work Location:In person.
