Youth Baseball Camp Coach – Fairfield, CT | Mets Baseball & Softball Camps Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Youth Baseball Camp Coaches in Fairfield, Connecticut for our summer youth camps serving families across Fairfield County and the greater tri-state area . This position is ideal for energetic coaches who enjoy working with kids and want to help young athletes build baseball skills, confidence, and teamwork in a fun camp environment. Learn more about our camps at mets.com/camps Perks of the Job Spend the summer outdoors working with young athletes Share your baseball or softball knowledge with enthusiastic campers Make a positive impact on youth ages 4–13 Help campers develop a love for baseball and the New York Mets Eligibility for free tickets to select Mets home games Participate in our end-of-summer rally at Citi Field Responsibilities Lead baseball and softball drills and skill stations Encourage teamwork, effort, and sportsmanship Supervise campers throughout daily activities Provide positive coaching feedback during games and drills Ensure a safe and supportive camp environment Schedule Camp season runs June 15 – August 21, 2026 Monday–Friday | Approximately 8 hours per day Preferred commitment: 3–5 weeks Pay Professional Educator: $23/hr Coach: $19/hr College Student / Recent Graduate: $17.25/hr
