Role Description As a Youth Care Worker, you will provide direct support and supervision to youth in a structured and nurturing environment. Your role involves daily interaction with youth, facilitating activities, guiding personal development, and ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, addressing emergent needs, documenting progress, and working collaboratively with a team of professionals to promote the emotional and social well-being of youth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Phoenix Area. Qualifications Interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with diverse youth populations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to coordinate and execute activities effectively. Crisis management and conflict resolution abilities, coupled with problem-solving skills to handle challenging situations. Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free environment for all individuals. Experience in youth counseling, social work, or related fields is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices is a plus.
